Online Payment & Registration

There are two parts to our online payment and registration process. Part 1: Select your workshop name below to go to the program's page. Under the registration section, select the dates from the options box and click the Pay Now button to purchase via PayPal. Part 2: After paying via PayPal, you will automatically be taken to Part 2, Contact and Questionnaire, where you will enter your contact information and complete a questionnaire.

Equinection offers both online and mail-in registration and payment options. If you choose to pay online, use the link to our online registration to pay via PayPal. We accept payment by check, money order and PayPal. Please call 828-682-9157 with any questions.

Terms and Conditions of Service/Cancellations

We appreciate the trust you place in us to help you come to a fuller understanding of yourself. We pledge to keep our work at the highest standards possible in all that we teach and do. We commit to supporting and encouraging deepening your awareness. All Equinection Programs:

  1. All deposits are non-refundable because of the intimate nature of our workshops. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
  2. To reserve a place in one of our programs you must pay the non-refundable deposit.
  3. There are no refunds made of any kind once the program has begun. This includes withdrawal for any personal or health related reason.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel the workshops with inadequate enrollment. In this case we will refund all deposits and tuitions paid.

Residential Workshops

  1. Full payment is due 4 weeks before the program begins.
  2. Registration during the 4-week period, prior to the first day of the workshop, must include full tuition to hold a place in the workshop.
  3. Cancellations 4 weeks before the first day of the workshop will receive a tuition-only refund.
  4. There are no refunds of any kind for cancellations within the 4 weeks prior to the workshop.
  5. If you cannot attend and can find someone to register and fill your spot, your non-refundable deposit can be applied to another workshop.

1-Day Workshops and Private Sessions

  1. The fee for the entire workshop will be paid with registration.
  2. There are no refunds for 1-Day workshops. The entire fee is non-refundable.
