Within every person lies wisdom and strength.  In the normal course of life, a person is often discouraged from relying on, or even acknowledging, these intrinsic gifts.   We learn to look outside ourselves for affirmation and direction, ignoring the solid foundation that lies within. Awakening for Women offers an opportunity for a woman to remember her innate wisdome, engage her strength, and feel peace from within. 

The goal of the Awakening for Women Program is to expand self-awareness, and through the process, learn to tap into these innate gifts.

Awakening for Women expands potential for learning and personal growth by teaching you to be attentive to your whole self - mind, body, emotion, and spirit. While interacting with horses, you will learn to recognize subtle energetic exchanges that are often overlooked, yet profoundly influence your experience.  The awareness of a single moment is a key to personal growth, making clear the way to progress beyond limitations like fear, doubt, and low self-esteem.

Joining with a horse touches your heart.  Their gentle and curious nature guides you throughout the process.  Whatever you are thinking or feeling that keeps you from being fully present affects a horse's willingness to be with you.  In Awakening for Women, you will learn to truly connect with a horse, and in the process, discover an inner knowing that has always been within.

With the lessons of Awakening for Women, you learn to be in the fullness of a single moment - aware of both your inner and your outer landscapes.

The lessons of Awakening for Women are powerful and apply to all areas of your life; your relationship with the horses will illuminate what you bring to all relationships.
