To be in relationship with another person, you must first be fully present in yourself. Horses teach us that being fully present means to be aware of our bodies, our emotions and our thoughts in the moment. From this centered, grounded place, we can then experience connection with others.

In these three days, you will explore relationships from emotional and spiritual perspectives gleaned from the wisdom of horses and of Nature. Work with the horses will bring you to greater alignment with your emotions, to the inner recognition of your truth, and to an understanding of the ways you deny your Self. Exercises with creative arts will help us to see the choices we make, and other possible choices. Experiences with nature will bring us to a broader understanding of connection, and show us the way to greater congruency in all our relationships.
